Last week a customer presented her loyalty card at the till and was very upset that we wouldn't stamp it. We stopped stamping cards at the beginning of Covid.
As we watch neighbouring shops close we are very aware of how hard it is to have a physical shop in the city. Every single one of our costs has gone up. If you like the idea of vibrant shops with individual customer service, unusual products, different from mass produced sameness, then you need to shop with us!
